  • Time Frame: You may return your leg elevation pillow within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and parts intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Before returning your item, please contact our customer service team at info@mainstreetproductsllc.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

  • Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 

3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@mainstreetproductsllc.com with details of the product and the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Health and Personal Care Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like pillows that have been used or removed from their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
